Patient Forms
Upon entering our office, one of our Chiropractic Health & Spine team members will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition
Consultation
Next, you will have a no-charge consultation with Dr. Harvey Garcia to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential care and management options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Harvey Garcia to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care may be able to help you meet your goals.
Examination
After your no-charge consultation, Dr. Harvey Garcia will recommend the type of examination and inform you of the cost prior to proceeding. He will then perform a chiropractic examination testing your reflexes, muscle strength, touch and balance. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, physical and functional neurology tests will be performed as well. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
X-rays or Other Imaging
Depending on your specific condition, we may recommend X-rays or other imaging. X-rays or other imaging help us develop the most effective care and management plan for you, and alert us of any serious spinal conditions.
Report of Findings
Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, Dr. Harvey Garcia will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions including:
- Can you help me?
- What type of therapies will help me get my life back?
- How often do I need to come in?
- What will my investment be to get my life back?
After reviewing your health history, goals, and examining your spine and X-rays, Dr. Harvey Garcia will discuss recommendations and notify you if your condition requires care with other providers. Dr. Harvey Garcia will provide the recommendations that will help you on your road to regaining your health.
Treatment-Care and Management
At the conclusion of the report of findings appointment, you can choose to experience your first treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, non-surgical spinal decompression, laser therapy, BCP-157 and NAD+ Iontophoresis patches, both known for their ability to reduce pain but more importantly speed up the healing process. Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of treatment anytime.
